At St. Michael and St Martin we believe that good education is a partnership between home and school. The School encourages parents and carers to support and become actively involved in pupils’ homework wherever possible. The aim is to achieve increasing independence for pupils as they approach Year 6. Pupils have homework diaries/reading record books to assist both the parents/carers and the child in understanding task set and to act as a reminder of when it is due in.
